The RnB Group 702 blazed onto the scene as a quartet , appearing on the song This lil game we play along side RnB group Subway. This slow jam became a quiet RnB hit during the years the Boy Groups were all over the charts. Breaking the control the Boys had on the charts during these times ,with groups like 112 , Jagged Edge , Boy II Men , Nysnc , Jodeci , Backstreet Boyz , Soul 4 Real and many more. 702 went through a lineup change before releasing their first single Steelo.

After the release of Steelo and their accompanying album No Doubt ; 702 received much acclaim with follow ups like Get it Together, No Doubt and All I Want. 

After the success of This Lil Game, 702 went through a quick line up change that added new member Kameela Williams. With the now trio , they churned out hits Like Steelo , Beep Me 911 , All I Want , Get it Together ; from the 1st Album No Doubt.

 It's 2023 and with a new year comes new numbers and

the start of a new awards season. Oscars, Emmys, and Grammy's

have come and gone, and next up is Billboard. 

Well, we will be waiting a lot longer for those chart battles this year. 

Billboard the only award show that uses sales and chart positions as its rewarding distribution has opted to move to a fall time slot in November, leaving almost extra 4 or 5 months on tallies to be included in this year's ceremony.
